Antenna for mobile high power microwave generator
Kračmar, Leoš ; Láčík, Jaroslav (referee) ; Mikulášek, Tomáš (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the design and practical implementation of a magnetron connected to waveguide as an excitation source for a linear slot antenna array. The goal was thorough acquaintance with the issue of partial parts of designs, verification of calculated parameters using software simulations and practical measurements on manufactured parts of the project. In the first part of the work, it theoretically deals with used components, used parameters and by software design of a magnetron to waveguide transition model with practical measurement. The second part of the work contains calculations and simulations of the design of a linear slot antenna array, which continues by series of practical measurements of antenna properties.
RF Generator up to 4.4 GHz with ADF4350
Frydrych, Jiří ; Šádek, Václav (referee) ; Urbanec, Tomáš (advisor)
The aim of this work is design, realization, and measurement of wideband microwave generator, which is based on the ADF4350 frequency synthesizers. The generator uses the principle of mixing, for frequencies up to 2.2GHz. Higher frequencies are obtained through direct channels. The first part describes the theory of phase locked loop . The following section describes the parameters of the ADF4350 and their management. A PCB was also designed to control the generator with Atmel s AVR AT-mega32. The Generator software is written in AVR Studio in C programming language. The realized generator is housed in a stainless steel box and can be controlled using the keyboard and PC.
Interaction of microwave radiation with moisture in porous building materials
Paťha, Martin ; Šuhajdová, Eva (referee) ; Šuhajda, Karel (advisor)
This thesis deals with interaction of microwave radiation with wet in porous material. It examines the distribution of the temperature field, the efficiency of the method and the financial demands of the method. The most important part of this thesis was an experiment, from which all important values ??were based. The first part deals with the necessary theory and the second part is the experiment itself. The experiment was carried out for three levels of material wet. Eight samples were used for this experiment, which remained unchanged throughout the experiment. The thesis draws on previous researches that were carried out on this or similar topic.
